護理實習學生工作價值觀及其影響因素探討

工作價值觀會影響對工作投入、工作表現及工作動機，與就業意願的選擇有相當的影響力。建立正確的工作價值觀是未來就業意願選擇之基礎。本研究主要目的在探討護理實習學生對工作價值觀的重視程度及分析不同個人背景屬性在工作價值觀之差異性，採方便取樣，於2016年10月5日至2017年7月6日收案期間，以中部某區域教學醫院201位護理實習學生為研究對象，研究工具含個人背景屬性資料調查表及工作價值觀量表，以獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析進行資料統計。研究結果顯示，護理實習學生整體工作價值觀平均5.17分（滿分為6分），對於八個工作價值觀構面以「實現價值」平均得分最高，其次為「人際價值」和「舒適價值」，而「超越價值」平均得分則是最低分。而整體工作價值觀與個人背景屬性中僅與就讀學制有顯著性差異，五專實習學生其工作價值觀重視程度是高於四技及二技實習學生。了解實習學生工作價值觀重視程度及影響因素，可提供學校教育及臨床人力資源運用參考，藉此協助學生找到合適的工作職場。

Work values will affect tasks engagement, work performance, and career motivation; hence raises considerable influence over employment decisions. Establishing positive work values is also fundamental to future career planning for nursing students. The purpose of this research is to explore nursing students' work values and relevant factors. In our study, we used convenient sampling of a total of 201 nursing students during their nursing practicum in a regional teaching hospital. Data was collected from 2016/10/05 to 2017/07/06. Research tools included a personal background data questionnaire and a work values scale. The results were analyzed by independent test and single factor variance analysis. The research result shows that the mean value of nursing students' work value is 5.17(on a scale of 1 to 6). The top mean value among the eight aspects of work values was the ＂Reality Value＂ followed by ＂Interpersonal Value＂ and ＂Comfort Value＂ and the lowest mean value was the ＂Transcending Value＂. Overall work values were remarkably relevant to the curriculum in which the student was enrolled. Nursing students enrolled in a five-year nursing program had higher overall work values scores than nursing students in 2 and 4 year university programs. Understanding nursing practicum students' work values and the factors that influence those values will be useful to nursing school in designing their curriculums and to medical clinics in assigning manpower. A clearer understanding of their own work values will also help students seeking suitable workplace.
