改善急診使用檢體條碼資訊系統採檢之正確率

本單位於2018年底開始導入條碼資訊系統採檢，為院內第一個試辦單位，現況分析發現，檢體送出前採檢正確率為86.83%，檢體採檢流程認知正確率為89.23%，顯示仍有改善之空間，故成立此專案；目的為提升急診檢體條碼資訊系統採檢認知及流程的正確率，解決方法包含制定急診檢體條碼資訊系統採檢標準流程、規劃教育訓練、制定稽核制度與增設檢體採檢資訊化設備、專用檢體傳送盒。專案從2019年12月至2020年10月，經改善後，急診條碼資訊系統採檢正確率由86.83%提升為98%；急診檢體條碼資訊系統採檢流程認知正確率由89.23%提升為97.2%，期望藉由本單位的使用經驗能推廣至其他臨床單位，達到護理人員檢體採檢的一致性及正確性，確保病人就醫安全。

At the end of 2018, our unit began to introduce the barcode information system for examination, and it was the first experimental unit in the hospital. The current analysis found that the accuracy rate of the examination before the sending the specimen was 86.83% and the recognition accuracy of the inspection process was 89.23%. It indicates there is room for improvement, so this project was established. The purpose is to improve the recognition and accuracy in the examination process of the emergency specimen barcode information system. The solution includes the development of a standard procedure for the collection and inspection of the emergency specimen barcode information system; planning education and training, develop audits system and additional information equipment for specimen collection and examination, as well as dedicated sample delivery box. From December 2019 to October 2020, after refinement, the accuracy rate of the emergency bar code information system has increased from 86.83% to 98%; the recognition rate of the emergency bar code information system has increased from 89.23% to 97.2 %. Hopefully, the experience applied from this unit can be extended to other clinical units, in order to achieve the consistency and accuracy of the medical examination from the nursing staff, and secure the safety of patients in medical treatment.
