摘要

輔助療法在照護專業領域常被應用，然而在安全性與有效性需要具有實證性研究為基礎的療法，方能適合推廣與應用。本文對常用七種輔助療法的特性，以及在健康照護議題上的實證成效加以敘述。期盼藉由此文章的陳述，增加醫護從業人員對此議題瞭解與應用之知能。

The complementary therapy is often used in the nursing profession, but it's safety and efficacy requires empirical research-based research in order to be suitable for promotion and application. This article describes the characteristics of seven commonly used complementary therapies and their empirical effectiveness on health care issues. It is hoped that this report will increase the knowledge and skills of medical practitioners on this topic.
