本文為照護一位罹患卵巢癌第三期病人,照護期間2019年3月26日至2019年4月3日,病人為治療疾病,被迫切除子宮、卵巢與輸卵管,產生身體心像紊亂與無望感之護理經驗。照護過程中,筆者針對病人症狀給予不同護理照護,如固定引流管,避免管路拉扯造成疼痛,採舒適臥位,協助按摩肩膀及背部,並藉由穴位按壓,達到放鬆心情、緩解疼痛;鼓勵病人表達內心感受,安排病人與家屬獨處,鼓勵家屬完成病人願望,藉由主動關懷,重新啟發生命意義,藉由宗教力量,引導身心放鬆及心靈平靜,減經疾病帶來的心理壓力與衝擊,提升病人自我價值,藉由此經驗分享,提供護理師日後照護之參考。
This study described an experience of nursing care for a patient with the third stage of ovarian cancer. During the period of care from March 26, to April 3 of 2019, the patient was forced to remove the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes to treat the disease, developing mental disorder and hopelessness that emerge to this nursing experience. During the nursing process with applying the "Swanson Caring Theory", the author provides distinctive nursing care according to the patient's symptoms, such as fixation of drainage tube to avoid discomfort caused by entangled tube, maintaining suitable lying position, assisting in massaging the shoulders and back, and using acupuncture to calm the mood and relieve pain; encourage the patient to express inner feelings, arrange patients and family members to be left alone, and also encourage family members to fulfill the patient's wishes. Through active care, rekindle the meaning of life, use religious power to guide physical and mental relaxation as well as peace of mind; reduce the psychological pressure and impact from the disease, and also enhance the patient's self-esteem. Through this experience sharing, it provides as a reference to nurses for caring in the future.
