油電混合車行星齒輪組動力分割裝置之設計製作與驗證

摘要


本文設計並製作一組行星齒輪組動力分割裝置,以驗證串並聯式油電混合車之運作與機電能量之轉換效率。行星齒輪組包含一個30齒之太陽輪、三個24齒之行星輪及一個78齒之環齒輪。為方便測量動力分割系統之能量轉換效率,本文以額定功率1000W之無刷直流馬達代替引擎,並以額定功率分別為750W及350W之無刷直流馬達作為MG2馬達及MG1發電機,測試行星齒輪組動力分割裝置之運作,並測量動力系統在正常模式及再循環模式下之能量轉換效率。實測結果顯示本文所設計製作之行星齒輪組動力分割系統之最高效率約50%。

In this paper, a planetary-set power split device is designed and implemented to demonstrate the operation and energy conversion efficiency of a series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle. The designed planetary-set power-split device consists of a 30-teeth sun gear, three 24-teeth planetary gears and a 78-teeth ring gear. To conveniently measure the energy conversion efficiency of power-splitting system, this paper replaces internal combustion engine with a 1000-watt brushless DC motor, and employs a 750-watt and a 350-watt brushless DC motor as MG2 motor and MG1 generator respectively. This paper demonstrates the operation of planetary-set power-split device, and measures the energy conversion efficiency that operated in normal mode and re-circulation heretical mode. Test results shows the maximum efficiency of the experimental system implemented in this paper is around 50%.
