串並聯混合動力車行星齒輪傳動系統之機構設計

摘要


混合動力車的動力傳輸是依靠行星齒輪系進行傳遞,主要功用是使輸入動力得到減速效果,進而達到輸出扭矩增大的結果。本研究使用創意性機構設計方法,訂定一套混合動力車行星齒輪系傳動系統的設計流程,主要是根據Timkem公司的現有設計進行改良,分析其機構簡圖、運動模式、拓樸構造和運動化鏈,並整理出設計需求與限制。利用分析結果得到新型設計,並選取最適合本研究的兩款新型設計進行探討。先根據動力需求配置離合器與制動器,再使用基本迴路方程式計算出速度與扭矩,然後在模擬軟體Adams/View進行驗證,而模擬數據與理論值近乎相同且可以正常模擬運作,最後進行兩款新型設計的分析比較,兩者結果各有優點,可在未來發展中選取較適合的設計。

The power transmission of a hybrid electric vehicle relies on a planetary gear train for transmission, and its main function is to obtain a deceleration effect on the input power, thereby achieving the result of an increase in output torque.   This research uses creative mechanism design methods to formulate a set of design process of hybrid electric vehicle planetary gear train transmission system, which is mainly based on the existing design of Timkem Company to improve the design and analyze its mechanism schematic, operation mode, topology, Movement chain, and sort out design requirements and restrictions. Use the analysis results to get new designs, and select two of the new designs that are most suitable for this study for discussion. First, configure the clutch and brake according to the power demands, and then use the basic loop equation to calculate the speed and torque, and verify it in the simulationsoftware Adams/View , And finally analyze and compare the two new designs.
