逆向式差速齒輪混合動力車輛系統能量管理策略之研究與開發

摘要


本研究主要針對一種差速齒輪式的混合動力車輛來進行能量管理策略的規劃以及動力元件輸出分配控制法則的設計,能量管理策略分有低負載的馬達驅動模式、中高負載的混合作動模式、充電模式及回升煞車負載模式。於不同模式之間設定有依照需求功率進行變換的切換點,切換點的設定將直接影響各模式的變動次數與各元件的作用時間。於混合作動模式時,本研究控制系統的動態,以致於在能夠達到後輪輸出功率的情況下,同時能夠使得引擎固定於某幾個操作點運作。這將使得整個車輛運行的過程所需求的能量是由引擎在這些操作點運行之下所提供的。因此,引擎操作點的設定直接影響油耗及污染排放。為了要達到上述的目的,本研究利用前饋暨回饋控制架構進行系統動態控制器的設計,其中,前饋控制法則以系統的穩態關係求得,而回饋控制則以PID控制法則進行設計。於能量管理策略以及系統動態控制法則完成設計之後,本研究進行系統性能的評估,以NEDC2000行車型態進行車輛油耗、污染性能的模擬。同時,並針對系統動態的特性進行分析與探討,以作為未來實際應用於實車上時之參考。

The purpose of this research is to develop the energy management strategy and system dynamics control laws for a novel hybrid electric system use an inverse differential gear. The developed energy management strategy have following mode: low-loading motor operating mode, middle-loading hybrid operating mode, high-loading hybrid operating mode, charging mode, brake charging mode. The driver demanding power from the power unit is used for mode switching. For the system dynamics control, feedforward and feedback control structure is applied, the feedforward control law is obtained from the steady state equation, and the feedback control law is achieved using a PID control theory. While is hybrid mode, the engine is aimed to stay at some operating points such that the required energy during the vehicle motion is provided under this situation. After the energy management strategy and control laws are developed, simulations were conducted to evaluate the performance. For this purpose, NEDC 2000 driving pattern is adopted and the emission and fuel consumption are studied.
