組織臨床研究:旨趣與模式

Clinical Approach in Organization: Interests and Models

摘要


在Schein的提倡下,組織臨床研究越來越受到重視。本文首先交待組織臨床研究引入台灣的歷史因緣,接著主張必須掌握助人與學術兩大主軸,才能更為準確地剖析組織臨床研究的本質,並提出臨床研究循環的概念,來闡述理論建構的可能進路;此外,亦提出問題解決循環的想法,來說明組織臨床研究作為一種助人專業所應有的作法。

Following Schein's work on process consultation, clinical approach (CA) in organization had been mentioned for application to theory building and consulting practice in recent years. However, how to use this approach to build an academic theory and/or solve a practical issue is confusing. In this article, I described my experiences about using clinical approach to academic researches and consultation works firstly. Then, I argued that two dimensions of CA, altruistic-and academic-oriented, should be separated for the understanding of the nature of CA more precisely. Accordingly, a clinical research cycles (CRCs) and research paths were provided for to explain how to build a theory. As a helping profession, I also pointed out a problem cycle for describing the process of CA in management practice.
