「學習型組織」被視為一種現代有機式組織管理的典範,頗受引用。但在策略管 理的用途上也引發爭議:即學習型組織究竟是營運效益抑或是策略聯盟的問題。 本文從策略需要管理理論的假設,並引徵經營案例,發現學習型組織可歸類為一 種整合管理理論,不僅具有原著以系統與學習為主軸的組織管理,而且應增列領 導及文化的整合功能,形成為策略經營模式,且環環相扣,並具正向綜效力量。 學習型組織的策略經營被列為朝向全球化策略聯盟經營和電子化策略企業,顯示 本文建構學習型組織的整合管理理論與模式可提供策略經營作長期策略目標的考 量、持續學習變革及創新策略之參用。
Asanneworganizationalparadigmshiftfrommechanistictoorganicsystem,learningorganization has been prevailing around the world. However,theproblememerged thatlearning organization in strategic management could be either as a collaborative strategyor as an operational efficiency. This study from an integrative approach to find that thereare several dynamics models in the learning organization to be an integrativemanagement as system, learning, leadership and cultural perspectives simultaneously aspositive synergy. The application to the model of the integrative management in thelearning organization could be available due to formulate long-term objectives,persistent learning in organizational change and innovation strategy.
