摘要


劉劭有感於鑒識人物、因材任使之不易,故著《人物志》,全書共分十二篇,以「才性論」為理論根基,有系統地論述識鑒人物之方法、偏材之人優缺點及易犯之缺失。品評人物,自然即有等第之別,劉劭論人,以聖人為最高標準,稱為通材,而餘人皆為偏材。不過由劉劭的行文中,卻也可以發現「聖人」除了是品評等第的最高標準外,尚還具有其涵意。簡而述之,《人物志》之聖人具有三種意涵:一是出聖者、一是孔子、一是至明至智之人。以上古聖者、孔子指稱聖人,係秦漢學者用法。而以「至明至智」指稱聖人,則與其創作目的有關。本文在的輩學者研究之基礎上,再就《人物志》之聖人加以探討,以了解《人物志》為何要提出聖人?《人物志》中聖人特質為何?

Liu-Shao in viewed of criticizion people and to employ a person according to his ability is not easy, so he wrote "Jen-Wu-Chih", there has twelve chapter that is on based "Tsai-Hsing-Lin" in this book. And this book there has systemly tell criticizion people mothods, and deviation stuff people advantage and defect and easy to do the deficiency. To criticize people, there have class to separate in the naturally, Liu-Shao review people the highest standard is perfect people,and we tell general other people we tell them deviation stuff. But we can know Liu-Shao talk about perfect people is beside to criticize is the high test standard class, other have the other meaning. In a word, "Jen-Wu-Chih" give perfect people have three meaning: one is ancestor perfect people, one is Confucius, and the last is very smart people. Up words ancestor perfect people and Confucius are tell perfect people, avague reference Chin-Han a scholar the way to use. The very smart people tell perfect people is not have relation. Liu-Shao wrote purpose. In my repor to, on base anelder research, then "Jen-Wu-Chih" perfect people add to discuss, then we know "Jen-Wu-Chih" why present perfect peolple? How about "Jen-Wu-Chih" discuss perfect people characteristic?
