論賈誼禮治思想下之「太子教育」

中國教育思想為維護政局之長久秩序而起，儒家政治思想尤其重視「教化」的效用，故先秦孔孟旬學說一致強調在上位者之德治教化，另外，為使在下位者能普遍接受聖人之教，也特別強調「學」的重要。不過，儘管先秦時代教育及學習的對象由貴族子弟逐漸普及至平民百姓，卻始終未曾針對「太子教育」深入論述。及至賈誼，始集結三代教育思想'針對太子教育進行全面的論述，這成為賈誼思想中別具特色且相當重要的一環。賈誼的太子教育思想與其「以禮為治」的政治主張息息相關，故太子教育強調「以禮為教」。在階段性的教育過程中，「禮」是一貫的精神宗旨，主要目的在培育國家未來「知禮」、「行禮」的君王，如此方能使「禮」的精神、法度在漢代政經、社會中運行不置，因此，欲深究賈誼對太子教育的見解，「太子教育」實不可捨其禮治思想、而言之。

Chinese perspectives on education sprout from maintaining political stability and long-termed social order. The Confucianism particularly stresses on the impact of ＂edification.＂ Hence, philosophy of Confucius, Mencius, and Xunzi in pre-Chin all put emphasis on ＂Rules of Morals＂ of those in higher rank. Furthermore, the importance of ＂Learning＂ is especially emphasized as well for making those in lower rank accept the teachings of sages. However, the target of learning includes noble and common people. The education for the heir to the throne is never deeply discussed and analyzed. Jia-Yi is the first Chinese philosopher who concludes educational thoughts throughout the ＂three dynasties＂ (Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties) and begins to discuss prince's education in depth. This is his most important and unique intellectual discourse. Jia Vi's political view of reigning over a country with courtesy and moral conduct also influences his educational opinions. Therefore, he insists on moral cultivation in prince's education. During the process of education, ＂courtesy＂ and ＂morality＂ have always been the core of Jia Vi's philosophy because its main purpose is to cultivate a future emperor who can completely realize and carry out the courteous and moral conduct. By doing so, the spirit of ＂courtesy＂ and ＂morality＂ as well as the law system can be in continuous practice in politics, economy, and society in Han Dynasty. In conclusion, the Prince's Education is, thus, actually based on Jia-Yi's political arguments.
