摘要

近年來，由於手術前定位技術的進步，對原發性副甲狀腺機能亢進所施行的微創式副甲狀腺切除術，可以獲得極高的成功率。本文將報告原發性副甲狀滕機能亢進的1個病例，在核腎對腫大腺體的正確定位下，成功地以微創手術（約25公分）將腫大的腺體切除。

The minimally invasive parathyroidectomy has been well developed, with a high cure-rate for primary hyperparathyroidism, because of the recent advances in the preoperative localization techniques. We herein report a case with an enlarged parathyroid gland correctly localized by a sestamibi scintigraphy and, thereafter, receiving a surgical extirpation under a small Incision (2.5 cm). The patient experienced small postoperative pain, an uneventful recover and an excellent cosmetic result.
