摘要

毛髮基質瘤（pilomatricoma）是一種良性皮膚腫瘤，它由毛囊的外鞘（outer sheath）細胞衍生而來，好發在頭部、頸部及上肢。這個疾病大多數發生在青少年及幼童，以皮膚突起的無痛性腫塊來表現。本文報告1 名12 歲男性，因發現右側後頸部無痛腫塊求診，電腦斷層檢查顯示為1.5 x 0.8 cm 之皮下鈣化病灶。經切除後証實為毛髮基質瘤，術後追蹤6 個月無復發現象。在此提出病例報告，供讀者參考。

Pilomatricoma is a benign skin appendage tumor derived from the outer sheath cell of hair follicle, most commonly seen in children and adolescents. It is usually found on head, neck and upper extremities as a painless superficial skin mass. We report a 12-year-old boy presenting with a painless, slow-growing mass in right posterior neck for 4 months. The physical examination revealed a movable solitary firm nodule. The computed tomography scan revealed a well-demarcated and non-homogenous calcified mass with estimated size of 1.5 × 0.8 cm. The tumor was totally removed under general anesthesia, and the histopathology reported a pilomatricoma. There was no evidence of recurrence after 6 months of follow-up.
