Epithelioid Sarcoma of the Head and Neck - Case Report
頭頸部類上皮肉瘤－病例報告
摘要
類上皮肉瘤（epithelioid sarcoma）是一種少見的軟組織惡性腫瘤，在頭頸部處更是不常見，約佔此種腫瘤的4％，一般好發於青少年及年輕的成人。臨床及組織病理學上皆不易診斷出來，因而不易有正確的治療步驟，我們經歷一個此種病例：患者為21歲女性，因反覆性右耳潰瘍而就醫，經多次擴創術後，傷口仍不癒合，多次病理討論後才確定此診斷，最後我們採行大切除術及胸大肌肌皮瓣重建術。頭頸部類上皮瘤的病例非常罕見，特提出報告。

Epithelioid sarcoma in the head and neck is very rare. We encountered a 21-year-old female patient with chronic ulcer and fistula in the right post-auricular area. Repeated pathologic examinations of biopsy materials showed chronic inflammation. However, finally the diagnosis of epithelioid sarcoma was established. The clinical and pathological findings were presented with a review of the literature.
