一位攝護腺癌個案之護理經驗

本文系為一位攝護腺癌個案之護理經驗。護理期間為2020年01月11日至2020年01月21日，筆者運用Gordon十一項護理評估，進行收集資料分析，確立病人健康問題有疼痛；潛在危險性感染；焦慮；潛在危險性情境性低自尊之健康問題。因初次診斷罹病，病人及家屬對疾病照護不了解，顯的焦慮及不安，但筆者持續主動關心病人及與家屬建立信任護病關係，運用同理心、傾聽及陪伴，從中發現病人的健康問題，且提供相關資訊及支持團體以緩解焦慮不適感，降低其危險性情境性低自尊，協助病人以正向情緒面對後續治療，希望藉由此照護經驗的分享，提升癌症病人優質照護品質，使病人出院後早日回復正常生活。

Allow the patient to return to normal life as soon as possible after being discharged from the hospital.
