摘要

本研究目的為探討居家照護病患主要照顧者人格韌性、健康狀況與生活品質之相關性，採橫斷式研究設計，以結構式問卷共收集105位主要照顧者資料進行分析。研究結果顯示：(1)主要照顧者整體生活品質平均分數為51.81分（總分為80分），其四個範疇最高為生理健康範疇13.52分（總分為20分），最低為心理範疇12.43分（總分為20分）；(2)主要照顧者擁有中等程度的人格韌性特質；(3)主要照顧者自覺健康狀況趨向於「尚可」等級；(4)主要照顧者自覺健康狀況、人格韌性、家庭月收入及照顧年數為整體生活品質之重要預測因子，可解釋整體生活品質總變異量的41.7%。本研究結果希望能作為未來應用於護理實務、教學、研究及政策參考之依據，以提升主要照顧者生活品質。

The purpose of the research was to explore the relationship among hardiness, health status, and quality of life in primary caregivers involved in home care. The study's design was cross-sectional and correlational. Subjects consisted of 105 primary caregivers involved in home care. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data via a face to face interview.
Data analysis revealed that: (1)the mean score of overall QOL of primary caregivers was 51.8 out of 80 with the highest score of 13.5 out of 20 in the physical aspect and lowest score of 12.4 out of 20 in the psychological aspect. (2) the average hardiness. among those subjects was in the middle level. (3)majority of the subjects rated their self-perceived health status as ”fair”. (4)the significant predictive variables for QOL were caregiver's self-perceived health status, hardiness, household income, and years of caring that contributed to 41.7% of the variance in caregiver's QOL. Hope those results could provide a substantial standard for nursing practice, education, research and administration to improve the QOL in the target population.
