長期照護Level Ⅱ課程與長期照護護理人員進階制度課程之比較

摘要

本文就現行行政院衛生署規劃level Ⅱ課程與台灣長期照護專業協會（以下簡稱長照專協）發展之長期照護護理人員進階制度各階課程規劃之理念加以闡述，對兩大類課程之目的、參與訓練對象及課程內容分別說明，最後並就課程內容異同進行分析；長照專協將針對進階制度各階程所規劃之課程內容檢討及進行修改，期與行政院衛生署所規劃之專業課程接軌，減少護理人員因重覆上課造成之時間耗費，亦可達到提升護理人員照護能力及具備協助指導他人能力之目的。

The Department of Health developed long tern care level Ⅰ~Ⅲ training course, and level Ⅱ's course is partially overlapped with ladder training course of Taiwan Long Tern Care Professional Association (LTCPA). In this article we compare the objective, target, and content of these two courses and try to connect ladder training course with level Ⅱ training course in order to reduce the overlap course, and promote the nurses' care and teaching ability.
