本文從資優生融合教育的觀點談班級經營,班級經營內容涵蓋了人、事、物等向度,本文將重點放在「人」的方面,探討班級經營的內容及功能、資優資源班班級經營之原則、教師與資優生之互動,以及親師溝通與合作。文中作者分享許多實務的經驗與策略。

In this article the author discussed classroom management for gifted students in inclusive settings. The interpersonal relationship between teachers, students and parents, one of the sub-areas of classroom management, was the focus of this article. The author explored the content and functions of classroom management at first. Then, she introduced seven overall principles of classroom management for teachers to follow. She then shared her experiences and strategies of better teacher-students interaction and teacher-parent communication and cooperation.
