融入多元文化觀點的創造力教育

Integrate Multiple Cultures into Creative Education

摘要


近年來,隨著社會的多元發展,外籍配偶子女數屢創新高,凸顯學校教育的多樣性。如何善用此豐富的文化特性,增進不同文化學生的交流和互動,從而提升學生的創造力,此乃學校教育必須正視的議題。本文首先說明文化與創造力的關係,指出文化會孕育創造力,亦可能斵傷創造力,成為創意殺手。其次,提出融入多元文化的創造力教育,主張從三個方面來加以努力:(1)確保創造力教育課程的規劃和實施;(2)採取多元文化取向的課程設計;(3)運用文化反應式的教學原則。最後,總結相關的討論,並說明其在特殊教育上的意義。

Recently, schools are becoming diversified with the multiple development of society and the increasing number of foreign brides' children. In order to promote student's creativity, we should put more emphasis on some issues, such as ”how to make good use of multiple culture?”, ”how to improve communication and interaction among different cultures?” The paper firstly explains the connection between culture and creativity suggesting the strengths and drawbacks of culture's impact on creativity. Secondly, the paper provides three approaches to integrate multiple cultures into creative education. These approaches include: (1) ensuring the planning and implementation of curriculum on creativity. (2) adopting multi-cultural-oriented design of curriculum. (3) using culturally responsive teaching principles. Finally, the paper sums up the related discussion and highlights its meanings on special education.
