以多元文化為主軸之跨領域美感教育實踐

摘要


美感教育是藝術教育的核心,也是教育部藝術與人文課程的施政重點,自第一任教育部長蔡元培至今,除了由上而下的官方政策頒布外,更需要由下而上的第一教育現場教師,從教學實踐與學生學習中,落實美感教育。教師端可藉由課程設計,將政府政策與實際教學之課程互相連結,達成實然與應然的雙向關係。 美感教育最直接之課程,亦即是我國七大領域中的藝術與人文課程。透過藝術與人文課程,使學生了解美、體驗美。教育是一項充滿價值理想之事業,⽽美感教育更是⼀項點滴、長遠的教育工程,需長時間、有系統地實踐。台灣為一多元族群社會,亦可透過藝術與人文課程的能力指標及核心素養,使學生了解並認識不同文化的美。 本研究以跨領域美感教育為方向,多元文化為設計理念,將美感教育結合生活、族群等議題,進行課程轉化之實踐,將政府所推行之課程由下而上具體落實。透過一學期的行動研究,研究者在教學過程當中,不斷進行反思及修正。切盼經由本研究,能更加具備自身之課程設計能力、教學技巧,並能將政府現⾏之美感教育,透過教學,能帶給學生及研究者本身不⼀樣的省思,以在日後之教學現場、教職⽣涯中實踐及不斷精益之空間。

Aesthetic education not only lies at the core of art education but is also a focal point of policies in art and humanities implemented by the Education Bureau. Ever since Tsai Yuan Pei, the first Minister of Education, apart from the top-down promulgation of official policies, there has also been the need for top-down teachers who are on the primary scene, implementing aesthetic education through teaching practices and student learning. Teachers can design courses that connect with government policies to achieve a two-way relationship between is and ought. Among the Seven Learning Areas, the most direct course on aesthetic education are the Arts and Humanities courses, which provide understandings and experiences on beauty. The education profession is a valuable enterprise filled with ambition, while aesthetic education is a long-term educational construction that requires time and systematic approaches. Since Taiwan is a society with different ethnicity, courses in the Arts and Humanities cultivate the appreciation for the beauty of different cultures through competence indicators and core competencies. Aimed in the direction of interdisciplinary aesthetic education and designed in the concept of multi-culture, this research combines aesthetic education with topics such as everyday life and ethnicity to implement curriculum transformation, enabling specific top-down implementation of government policies. A course which lasted for one semester and was conducted in small scales was designed, constantly reflecting, contemplating, and revising throughout the entire teaching process. This study aims to improve the ability to design courses and teaching skills and to provide different inputs to students and researchers through the teaching process, furthermore allows room for practice and continuing advancement in future primary education scenes and throughout the teaching career.
