啟發「原」動力—良師引導方案輔導原住民資優生之研究

A Mentorship Program for Two Aboriginal Gifted Students

摘要


本研究探討二對良師與原住民資優生的互動歷程。研究結果發現師生具有良好的互動關係,且教師之專業知識與學生之能力均有所提升。惟提升文化認同仍有待較長期之介入才能確實顯現成效,且原住民資優生基礎學習技巧不足與學習較為被動的現象亦仍需加以提升。

This study was to explore the interaction between 2 pairs of mentors and aboriginal gifted students. The findings showed that not only the mentors' professional knowledge had gradual growth but also the students' abilities were improved. However, the effects on prompt cultural identity were not obvious. In addition, the learning skills and motivations of these aboriginal gifted students were inadequate and needed to be enhanced.
