摘要

本文旨在析論我國教育部國教署資優教育優質發展中程計畫之內涵，分別以我國《資優教育白皮書》及《特殊教育法》進行分析，並進行綜合討論，希望能藉此分析與討論，對臺灣資優教育的政策與發展有所助益。

The purpose of this article was to examine the concept of Optimal Development Planning for Gifted and Talented Education developed by K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education in Taiwan. The author compared and contrasted the White Book of Gifted Education and the Special Education Act, and expected that this study could contribute to future work in Taiwan’s gifted education.
