桃園市資優教育資源中心整併歷程探究

The Inquiry of the Process of Resource Center for Gifted Education Merger in Taoyuan City

摘要


桃園市政府教育局考量整體業務發展後決議:自109學年度起將原分設於三校的中心整併為「桃園市政府教育局資優教育資源中心」,並將中心位址設立於武陵高中,下轄國小、國中、高中三教育階段資優教育業務。短短數年間,桃園市資優中心從無到有,從一到多,又將合而為一,實屬國內少見情形。本文透過訪談時任中心主任,旨在爬梳整併歷程的潛在意義並進一步提出反思及建議,希冀對各縣市未來設置或重組資優教育專責單位有所助益。

Department of Education, Taoyuan decided to merge the three resources center for gifted education into one during the 109^(th) semester. The center would be relocated in Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School and in charge of all the affairs associated with gifted education from elementary school to senior high school in Taoyuan City. It's rare to find that a center expanded into three, then merged into one in such a short time in Taiwan. In order to know more about the whole process, the author interviewed the director of the center. This article aimed to figure out the meaning behind the process of merger and tried to give some advice. It’s expected that this study could contribute to future work to those who want to establish or reorganize the dedicated institutions for gifted education.
