國小資優課程素養導向設計的教師案例-評量規準的應用

A Case Study of a Curriculum Design for Elementary Gifted Learners - Application of Rubrics

摘要


我國於2019年全面實施十二年國民基本教育,以素養的學習作為課程核心目標。而面對素養導向的教學,現場老師透過持續探究,以期能真正實踐其理念與內涵。因此,本文旨在分享國小資優班老師如何應用評量規準以符應素養導向的教學設計,並透過自我反思以梳理資優教師面對素養導向的教學有何因應與轉化,作為提供現場教師的參考案例。

In 2019, the Taiwan Ministry of Education implemented the new Curriculum Guidelines for the 12 Year Basic Education, with the goal of providing competency-based education to students. Teachers in the context of competency-based education are required to understand the conceptual basis and connotation of competency-based education teaching model. This article provided an example of how talented and gifted program teachers in an elementary school applied rubrics to meet the curriculum design of competency-based education. Self-reflection, feedback from the teachers, and changes encountered by the talented and gifted program teachers while implementing a competency-based curriculum have been concluded as a reference cases for teachers.
