社區慢性精神病患主要照顧者心理衛生教育需求之探討

摘要

本研究目的為瞭解社區慢性精神病患主要照顧者心理衛生教育需求。採描述性分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷資料收集。以SPSS for Windows 10.0統計軟體運用描述性及推論性等統計方法進行資料分析。共收集有樣本數為125份，以父母為主，女性者居多；於心理衛生教育需求程度上以30（含）歲以下、未婚者、與患者問關係以兄弟姐妹之需求度最高；在三大層面中以「對疾病相關知識」的需求程度得分較高。對主要照顧者心理衛生教育需求瞭解，更有利於精神醫療人員執行治療活動時更咸合家屬之實際需求，以提高醫療服務品質。

The aim of this study was to explore caregivers' need for respite care of chronic psychiatric patients in the community. This research was a descriptive, stratified random sampling study. Data was collected by using structured questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with SPSS for Windows version 10.0. to obtain descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression analyses. There are 125 subjects, most of parents and female. Young caregivers (age below thirty) and singles were with more needs than widows. As for the content of psycho-educational needs in three dimensions, ”the knowledge related to disease” was the most important concern for caregivers. The results implicated that health professionals have to understand the psycho-educational needs for caregivers in the community in order to fit in family needs, that provide better quality of care for medical service.
