上海市中小學衛生保健教師專業能力及其相關因素研究

Analysis of school health care teachers' professional competency and related factors

摘要


本研究目的為瞭解上海市中小學衛生保健教師專業能力現狀,為學校衛生保健教師隊伍建設提供參考。方法根據衛生部頒佈的《學校衛生監督工作規範》以及關於健康教育教師專業能力的研究文獻,編制了《中小學衛生保健教師專業能力調查問卷》並採用分層抽樣對上海市16個區129名學校衛生保健教師進行調查。結果發現上海市衛生保健教師學校衛生保健和學校衛生管理兩方面崗位能力相對較強,學校健康教育方面崗位能力較弱。衛生保健教師中年齡越大者、具有醫療衛生專業者、具學校衛生上崗證(即接受過培訓)者,其衛生保健專業能力越好。建議可以從提升衛生保健教師專業能力、開展健康教育課程、加強師資隊伍建設、促進教師自主學習四個方面提升衛生保健教師能力。

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of the professional competency of health care teachers in Shanghai and provided references to construct a strong school health care team. According to the "school health supervision norms" promulgated by Ministry of Public Health and the literatures on the professional competence of health education teachers, a questionnaire named "the professional competence of health care teachers in primary and secondary schools" was designed. A total of 129 primary and middle school health care teachers from 16 regions in Shanghai participated in this questionnaire survey. The results showed school health care teachers in Shanghai had relatively stronger abilities in school health care and school health management but relatively weak in school health education. Health care teachers over 40 years old, with medical and health professional background, and with school health work license (trained) have better health care professional ability. Suggestions were made to improve the ability of health care teachers, develop health education curriculum, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and promote teacher independent learning.
