車站方向性標示系統評估指標與方法之研究-以台北車站為例

The Study of Evaluation Index and Method on Direction Signs for Passengers in Rail-Stations-A Case Study of the Taipei Main Station

摘要


由於車站隨著運輸系統的擴張,使得車站形成大型化、複雜化的趨勢。為使旅客能在車站內順利地從事各項活動,故車站標示系統之規劃設計亦顯得更為重要。本研究以台北車站為例,首先以現場觀察歸納出目前車站標示系統規劃設計共有五項缺失,分別為缺乏連續性、缺乏統一性、缺乏可視性、缺乏可注意性及缺乏可讀性。並藉由問卷調查瞭解目前台北車站旅客對車站標示系統規劃設計之認同程度。由問卷結果得知車站方向性標示為大型車站旅客尋路時最常使用之標示系統。本研究為此建立車站方向性標示評估指標,包括連續性、統一性、可視性、可注意性及可讀性,並利用視線分析法、矩陣法提出方向性標示指標之評估方法。最後以台北車站為實例,以供車站標示系統規劃設計者參考。

As the station with the expansion of the transport system, getting the formation of larger and more complex the station trends. To enable passengers to engage the activities successfully in the stations, so the station of sign system's planning and design have also become more important. In this study, to observe the Taipei main station and sum up have five disadvantage of sign systems, included lack of continuity, lack of standardization, lack of visibility, lack of noticeability and lack of readability. And through questionnaires of passengers in the Taipei main station are about sign system's planning and design level of recognition. Results from the questionnaire indicated that the direction sign is most commonly used sign system which passengers find its way in the large station. In this study, the establishment of the station direction sign for this assessment indicators, including continuity, standardization, visibility, noticeability and readability. Using sight line analysis and matrix representation of direction signs propose assessment indicators. Finally, the Taipei main station as an example, provided the station sign system's planning and design for the designers.
