小白菜採種研究

Studies of Seed Production of Non-Heading Chinese Cabbage in Central Taiwan

摘要


依據4年小白菜採種的生長期間與5年月平均降雨量及開花期間溫度,推論在台灣中部平地小白菜適當採種期間為9月13日至12月7日。以22公尺×2.5公尺的網室進行採種,每間放一箱蜜蜂,‘臺農2號’小白菜父:母本=2:3的母本採種量2重複平均為2.41公斤,1:2的母本採種量為1.88公斤,平均單株採種量2:3為15.6公克,1:2為10.1公克,母本採種量與平均單株採種量父:母本=2:3優於1:2。以小白菜自交不親和系'01-126'為材料,於小型網室利用蜜蜂授粉,於早上8點至9點以水、3%氯化鈉溶液與3%氯化鉀溶液3種不同噴濕花朵處理17天,平均每莢種子數分別為1.42、1.17與1.27粒,3%氯化鈉溶液與3%氯化鉀溶液對打破'01-126'自交系的自交不親和性效果不佳。

Optimal seeding period of non-heading Chinese cabbage in central Taiwan is from 13, September to 7, October according to growth period for four year and average rainfall and temperature of 1999 to 2003. Seed yield of female parent of 'Tainong No. 2' was 2.41 Kg in male : female parent of 2:3 with two replications and 1.88 Kg in male : female parent of 1:2 with one replication cultivating in net house of 22m × 2.5m which putting a box of honeybee. Average female seed yield of single plant of 'Tainong No. 2' was 15.6g of male: female of 2:3 and 10.1g of male: female of 1:2. Male: female of 2:3 was better than 1:2 in female seed yield or average seed yield of single plant. Average seeds of pod of self-incompatibility line of '01-126' of non-heading Chinese cabbage spaying open flower with water, 3%NaCl and 3%KCl were 1.42, 1.17 and 1.27. Treatments of 3%NaCl and 3%KCl had no effect for breaking self-incompatibility of line of '01-126' of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
