苦瓜性狀之遺傳變異現象

Aspect of Genetic Variation of Bitter Gourd Characters

摘要


瓜類蔬菜間的遺傳變異分析為進行種原蒐集及改良的重要評估工作,為取得高的遺傳變異作為品種改良的材料背景,在種原的評估除採用外表性狀的調查外,亦可採用分子標誌進行多型性的評估,以供作參考依據。本文以苦瓜為例,在苦瓜品種育成的過程中,進行產量及品質之各項分析以做為選拔指標的重要依據,由於產量構成要素複雜,須利用相關係數及路徑分析等方法,進行探討產量、品質與構成要素之相關性,以做為間接選拔的輔助方式,以提高苦瓜產量與改善品質。

Analysis of genetic variations for gourd vegetables are the most important means for evaluation the value of crop improvement and germplasm collection. In order to obtain the high rate of genetic variation crops for the materials of varietal improvement, evaluation and investigation the performance of crop characters are necessary. In addition, evaluation of genetic polymorphism by means of molecular markers is another approaches. The present paper use the bitter gourd as an example to discover the relationship between genetic variation and crop yield components for the strategies of crop selection during breeding procedures. The correlative coefficient and regression analysis are also applied to understand the relation between the yield components and crop yield. These information are available for helping indirect selection of high yield and high quality bitter gourd.
