貯溫、貯期及復勢生長溫度對貯運後綠苗編馬拉巴栗種苗生育之影響

Effect of Storage Temperature, Storage Duration, and Re-growth Temperature on the Growth of Green Pachira macrocarpa Braid Seedling after Stimulated Shipment

摘要


本研究探討模擬貯運溫度、貯期與復勢生長溫度對貯運後綠苗編馬拉巴栗種苗生育之影響,顯示貯運後編辮苗留存葉數隨模擬貯運溫度與貯期增加而減少。定植於椰纖或水草介質者,以13℃模擬貯運7-28天與18℃模擬貯運7-14天後留存葉數與SPAD值可維持與貯運前相同水準,可供長程貯運應用;定植於泥炭土僅在13℃模擬貯運者貯運7-28天、18℃模擬貯運7-21天及23℃模擬貯運7天後,其葉片數與模擬貯運前無差異顯著,其餘處理皆造成明顯落葉情形。經模擬貯運後多數處理葉片SPAD值低於模擬貯運前,但經復勢栽培後皆可恢復正常生長,其中以種植於水草者,在20、25及30℃復勢生長分別需17、14及12天後其SPAD值可恢復至模擬貯運前水準;定植於泥炭土者需19、17及14天次之;而定植於椰纖者於20℃復勢生長20天,SPAD值仍無法恢復至貯運前水準較差。所有處理雖可於復勢生長30天後,每編種苗有4支以上的種子苗可新生1片葉片,但僅以25-30℃進行復勢生長可新生2片葉片最快且佳,此等結果可提供業者在綠苗編馬拉巴栗種苗貯運作業流程參考運用。

This study investigated the effect of temperature, duration and re-growth temperature on the seedlings growth after stimulation shipment of green braid seedling in Pachira macrocarpa. Results showed that number of leaves was decided by temperature and duration after shipment. After 7-28 days for 13℃ stimulation shipment or 7-day for 18℃ stimulation shipment, the braided seedling which planted in both of coir dust and sphagnum can keep the leaves as the same level before shipment. While, after 7-28 days for 13℃ or 7-21 days for 18℃ stimulation shipment, the braided seedlings which planted with peat moss kept the number of leaves had the better effects. In addition, the value of SPAD became lower after shipment, but among them could be recovered to the pre-storage level during re-growth cultivation. The seedlings were planted with sphagnum spent 17, 14 and 12 days by 20, 25 and 30℃ re-growth temperature, and the value of SPAD can recover as the same level before shipment. The seedlings were planted with peat moss spent 17 and 14 days to recover by 20, 25 and 30℃ re-growth temperature. While, the seedlings were planted with coir dust spent 20 days could not recover the value of SPAD by 20℃ re-growth temperature. Our study shows that the shipment processing technique on braided seedlings could enhance the commercial quality and be applied to malabar chestnut industry.
