摘要

本研究以肌肉注射護理技術為主題，應用多媒體技術設計開發一套電腦輔助教學系統。系統開發結合多媒體、網頁設計與電腦動畫等軟體技術，教學內容乃依據目前臨床執行肌肉注射技術之標準程序進行彙整編制，使其不僅具備靜態的知識教學功能，亦可提供互動式肌肉注射技術實做學習。系統開發完成後，進行逐步測試及修正，期能提供學生學習肌肉注射技術之輔助教學工具，達到最佳的學習成效。本研究期望應用多媒體電腦輔助教學課程之設計，透過安全、便利、無威脅性的反覆練習，提供學習者互動式的學習工具，進而發展並提昇學生肌肉注射技術純熟之專業能力。

This study develops a multimedia computer-assisted instruction (CAI) system for training in intramuscular injection. The multimedia, webpage design and computer graphics technologies are integrated not only to provide static nursing knowledge, but also to present interactive learning content needed for instruction in clinical intramuscular injection. The content of the system is adapted from current standard clinical procedures. Students can acquire knowledge and skill in intramuscular injection by interactive participation in safe, convenient and harmless skill training. Those are new to the nursing profession can acquire training in intramuscular injection skills and knowledge more efficiently by using the multimedia CAI system.
