從事休閒活動可以達到放鬆身心、紓解壓力等目的,並已爲國人普遍接受,惟受到傳統觀念以及社會風氣影響,青少年之休閒教育始終未受到重視,導致不易建立正確的休閒認知,亦難以期待其利用從事休閒來調劑學習生活。然若學校當局能瞭解學生從事休閒之相關情況,將有助於輔導工作的進行,以使學習生活更加順利。本研究之目的旨在以某護理專科學校學生爲研究對象,探討休閒態度、休閒動機、休閒阻礙對休閒滿意影響之關係模式。於正式問卷調查時發出問卷943份,回收有效問卷871份,有效問卷回收率924%,問卷資料經統計分析後顯示,休閒滿意僅受休閒動機直接影響,休閒態度直接影響休閒動機與休閒阻礙,而休閒態度與休閒阻礙透過休閒動機對休閒滿意產生間接影響效果。
Participation in leisure activities can relax the body and relieve pressure, and has been accepted by the majority of the population. However, because of traditional and societal views, youth oriented leisure education is neglected, leading to a lack of knowledge regarding appropriate leisure activities, and the use of leisure to complement academic study. If schools can understand student leisure activities, they can help in counseling students to succeed in their academic studies. This study used the students of a particular nursing school as subjects for studying the model of the influence of leisure attitude, leisure motivation, and leisure constraint on leisure satisfaction. Of 943 questionnaires administered to subjects, 871 were returned, for a 92.4% return rate. Analysis of the questionnaires demonstrated that leisure motivation is the only variable to directly affect leisure satisfaction; moreover, leisure attitude directly influences leisure motivation and leisure constraint; and leisure attitude and leisure constraint indirectly impact leisure satisfaction via leisure motivation.
