Cheerleading has bloomed recently and more and more schools have cheerleading squads or cheerleading competition. Many people expect to advance the performance of cheerleading by gaining muscle strength from weigh training. The study is focus on the effect of intervention-weight training program on girl cheerleaders. There are some training advices to improve girl cheerleaders from strength and muscular endurance to the core muscle control. The last but not the least, the study brings up the common faults in cheerleading training in order to prevent evitable harming. By these advices in weight training and fault prevention, wish national cheerleading can get better performance and gain the international reputation.
