結合環保訴求之多屬性文化商品設計成效評估模型-以美濃客家為例

An Effectiveness Evaluation Model for Designing Products, in Integrating Multi-Attribute Cultural and Environmental Eco-friendly Factors: A Case Study of the Meinong Hakka

摘要


文化活動具有記錄、延續及傳遞地方特色的功能,同時對地方旅遊產業亦有加值的效果。台灣美濃地區民眾為了維持目前的居住環境,還有保護黃蝶翠谷(Yellow Butterfly Valley)的自然生態景觀及黃蝶與八色鳥Fairy Pitta(Pitta nympha)的生存權,極力反對美濃水庫的興建。本研究為了提升美濃客家文化活動記錄環境保護的歷史價值,將美濃客家文化融合事件中的代表黃蝶與八色鳥的特色,應用Delphi method專家群體決策的設計技巧,Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)的多屬性決策及Fuzzy Logic Theory處理量化的功能,建立一套融合環保訴求的多屬性文化商品設計成效評估模型,用來探討美濃客家文化特色結合環保訴求的情感因素,作為轉化現代商品及意象圖騰設計的輔助決策,本研究的價值除了提供文化商品開發前的客觀量化評量方式外,同時可作為選擇最佳的新商品開發案,有助降低錯誤的決策風險,本模型具有實務應用的價值,有助強化美濃在地文化的應用與環境保護的永續發展。

The functions of Cultural activities are to record and promoted local characteristics that were being continued. These activities also add extra value to local tourism industries. To maintain their current living environment and preserve the natural landscapes of the Yellow Butterfly Valley and the right to life of the yellow butterfly and the Fairy Pitta (Pitta nympha), the residents of Taiwan's Meinong region, strongly against the construction of the Meinong Reservoir. To promote the historical value of the Meinong Hakka cultural activities and recording environmental protection process, the characteristics of the yellow butterfly and the Fairy Pitta, the representative symbols in the Meinong Hakka cultural fusion event, was applied in a model to evaluate the effectiveness in designing environmental eco-friendly and multi-attribute cultural products. The theoretical context to establish this model is based on Delphi method design techniques of experts' group decision-making, multi-attribute decision making of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and functions of fuzzy logic theory in quantitative processing. This model can be an assisting tools to review and processes to transfer environmental Eco-friendly features and Meinong local cultural characteristic into a modernized commercial cultural products and designed imagery and totems. This study provides not only an objective and quantitative evaluation, but is also be applied for selecting a best commercial product developing by reducing the risks of mistakes in decision-making. This model has value in practical application, also promotes Meinong local culture and environmental preservation and sustainable development.
