運用NFC手機於公共場域多人合作互動裝置創作與人際互動研究

隨著數位科技的蓬勃發展，遠距離人們的溝通工具已從傳統電話演進為今日的智慧型手機，但也因智慧型手機豐富的應用功能，使得手機不再只運用於人與人的溝通。人們在公共場域專注於使用手機，衍生出低頭族的社會現象，使得手機反而疏遠了人們之間的距離。有鑑於此，本研究藉由NFC 手機及互動裝置，替民眾創造友善的互動機會，促進人們彼此互動，使人們在公共場域中獲得溫馨、愉悅等正向感受。本研究首先探討NFC 手機之互動模式與特性，並探究智慧型手機對於人際互動之影響，以及公共場域與人際互動之關聯。透過文獻探討的結果，歸納研究作品的設計原則，並設計與實作NFC 手機多人合作互動裝置「EatFree」。本研究在公開展示期間，透過觀察法、問卷調查法與訪談法評估NFC 手機結合多人合作互動裝置於公共場域之人際互動表現。本研究發現：一、NFC 手機的感應方式與互動模式於人際互動的研發具有可行性。二、結合NFC 手機的多人合作互動裝置是創新的應用。三、本研究研製之互動裝置可增進公共場域中的人際互動。四、結合NFC 手機的多人合作互動裝置可增進人與人之間的愉悅性。五、多人合作互動模式於人際互動的提升具有可行性。

In view of the digital technology growing vigorously, phones no longer used only for communication between people due to the rich functions of smartphones. People in public place focus on using cell phone and ignore the opportunities of interact with others, and this make people drift apart. Therefore, this paper tried to create friendly interaction for people through NFC smartphones and interactive installation, and encouraged people in public place to interact with each other, and made people feel warm and delighted in public place. First of all, this paper referred to the interactive modes of NFC phones, and researched in the influence of smartphones on interpersonal interaction in public place. Then this paper generalized the design principles according to the result of literature review, designed and implemented a multi-users collaborative interactive installation, named ＂EatFree.＂ Finally during the public exhibition, this paper evaluated the result of combining NFC phones and collaborative interactive installation into interpersonal interaction in public place by observation, questionnaire and interview. This research discovered the following: 1) The operation mode and interaction mode of NFC smartphones are feasible to apply into interpersonal interaction. 2) Applying NFC smartphones into multi-users collaborative interactive installation is an innovative application. 3) The interactive installation developed by this study can improve the interpersonal interaction in public place. 4) The multi-users collaborative interactive installation combining with NFC smartphones can improve the enjoyment between people. 5) Multi-users collaborative interaction mode can enhance the feasibility of interpersonal interaction.
