As an important implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights organizations, the European Court of Human Rights has been established a large number of precedents since 1950s and set up it standards of protection of human rights in Europe. In order to meet the universal trend of Human Rights and public demands, basing on the position of judicial activism, the European Court of Human Rights used various forms of legal methodology to pursue activity of judicial law-making. By participating in formulation and implementation of European public police from the judgment seat and determining positive obligations to protection human rights, the European Court of Human Rights exercised far-reaching influence on overall social life and political developments in Europe.
