摘要

本研究旨在探討白血病患者家屬主要照顧者壓力與健康狀況相關性。研究採橫斷式調查法，以立意取樣台北某醫學中心腫瘤科病房之白血病患者家屬主要照顧者為研究對象共101位。所收集資料以描述性統計、典型相關等統計方法進行資料處理。研究結果發現：（一）.白血病患者家屬主要照顧者最大壓力為「人際方面」的壓力；（二）.自覺健康狀況方面，以「身體健康」為最佳；（三）.壓力與健康狀況間的關係：以「個人方面」、「人際方面」、「環境方面」的壓力透過典型變項，主要影響「身體健康」、「心理健康」及「社會健康」；（四）.白血病患者家屬主要照顧者的健康27%的變異量為家屬的壓力狀況所決定。健康狀況以「心理健康」受影響的情形最大。本研究針對研究設計、護理實務、護理教育等各方面提出建議，作為日後研究者及護理人員之參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine the related factors of the stress and health status in leukemia family caregivers. Cross-sectional design was utilized. Purposive sampling from a hematology unit in a medical center in Taipei was used to recruit 101 eligible subjects. Data was analyzed by employing descriptive statistics and canonical correlation. The results are as follows: (1). The greatest stress of the leukemia family caregivers was the interpersonal aspect. (2). Regarding the health status, physical health is the best among those caregivers. (3). Regarding the relationship between stress and health status, it was found that the individual, interpersonal, and environmental stresses correlated with caregivers’ physical psychological as well as social health. (4). 27% of the variance of the health status of the leukemia family caregivers can be explained by stress aspects, and psychological health greatly affected subjects. The implications for nursing practice and nursing education are discussed, and further study is suggested.
