護理能力標準：國際版與台灣版之比較

護理品質和效能的提昇，必須從護理人員的護理能力要求著手，2001年國際護理協會(ICN)發表其所建構的護理能力標凖，並建議所有會員國應該建立屬鈴自己國家的護理能力標準。本文將從國際版和台灣本土版的護理能力標凖之建構過程和內容介紹起，再針對國際版和台灣本土版的護理能力標凖之差異進行比較，並針對重要性高但可行性低的項目提出一些因應策略，以提供護理教育界、實務界和官方，在未來進行教育內容設計、新人招募和執照考範圍與內容規劃之參考。

If we want to improve nursing quality and effectiveness, it is important to have a consensus on competencies for the generalist nurse. The international council of nursing, ICN, published the ”competencies for the generalist nurse” in 2001. The purpose of this article is to introduce the development process for ICN's and Taiwan's competencies for the generalist nurse, and to compare the differences. In comparing these two competencies, we have suggested some strategies for competencies with high importance but low feasibility for the generalist nurse. We have also provided important implications for content of education, recruitment of new staff, and implementation of license examinations.
