摘要

COVID-19疫情自2019年起蔓延至今，防疫管理政策隨著疫情波動調整，其中住院病人之陪探病門禁管理防疫規範，與醫院第一線護理師、護理主管、病人及其陪探病家屬緊緊相扣。尤其是滾動式陪探病門禁管理政策，其執行過程，引發相關議題。本文就（一）新冠肺炎疫情下住院病人陪(探)病管理脈絡，（二）護理師、病人／家屬視角，評析病房門禁政策對臨床管理／照護衝擊，（三）智慧化陪／探病之門禁管理應用與成效，提供相關建議。期盼在專業照護與防疫行政管理措施中，能協助臨床護理人員與病房管理者，另一項管理措施的選擇，以減輕臨床工作人員的負荷。

The COVID-19 epidemic has spread since 2019, and the epidemic prevention management policy adjusted with the fluctuation of the epidemic. Among them, the access control management and epidemic prevention regulations for accompanying inpatients are closely linked with the hospital's frontline nurses, nursing supervisors, patients and their accompanying family members. In particular, the implementation process of the agile access control management policy of accompanying and visiting inpatients has triggered related issues. This article provides suggestions on (1) the management context of accompanying (visiting) inpatients under the COVID-19 epidemic, (2) the analysis of ward access control policy and its impact on clinical management/nursing care from the perspective of nurses and patients/family members, and (3) the implementation and effectiveness of smart access control management of accompanying and visiting inpatients. With professional nursing and epidemic prevention administrative management, it is hoped that it can provide an alternative management measure and assist clinical nurses and ward managers to reduce the burden on clinical staff.
