以限制理論思考突破纖維自行車發展困境

摘要

複雜的問題，但如果無法掌握或了解問題的根本，這些問題就無法順利解決。本研究主要採用個案研究法，選擇三家不同類型且較具代表性的公司，透過深度訪談，了解它們在導入碳纖維材料於發展自行車相關產品過程時，所面臨的種種問題。本研究運用限制理論思考程序解決問題的邏輯思維方式，透過因果關係圖以及現況樹、衝突樹、未來樹、轉移樹、條件樹等樹形圖等工具，探討在導入碳纖維材料發展過程中成功與失敗的原因，以了解公司如何突破發展困境。
