本研究目的有三:一是探討團隊文化與運動自信心來源的關係;二是檢驗運動自信心來源對特質運動自信心的預測力;三是以結構方程式模式探討團隊文化、目標取向、技術準、運動自信心來源、與特質運動自信心關係的適切性。研究對象為436位大學運動員,在一般情境中填寫運動員自信心來源量表、運動團隊價值觀量表、運動目標取向量表、以及特質運動自信心量表等。結果發現團隊文化與運動自信心來源有正相關,個體知覺的團隊文化價值觀越強烈時,對各個自信心訊息來源的依賴可能會增加。而運動自信心來源中的社會支持對特質運動自信心的預測力最強,特質運動自信心水準主要受到外在不可控制因素影響。另外,本研究提出之運動自信心模式,認為運動自信心來源會受到團隊文化、目標取向、和技術水準影響,接著影響特質運動自信心,這些裡路關係經過驗證之復,在整體、基本適配度,以及直接效果上大都得到證實,僅技術水準對運動自信心來源未達顯著影響效果。
This study examines: (a) the relationship between team culture and sources of sport confidence, (b) which sources could more precisely predict sport confidence-trait (SC-trait), and (c) the goodness of fit between empirical data and the sport confidence model proposed by the researcher. Four hundred and thirty-six college athletes participated in this study. In addition, the instruments used in this study were Sources of Confidence Inventory for Athletes, Team Value Questionnaire, Trait Sport Confidence Inventory, and Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire. The results indicated a positive relationship between team culture and sources of sport confidence. Also, the support from family and friends was considered as a significant predictor of SC-trait. Moreover, the fit index of the overall model and the internal structure indicated that the sport confidence model validated the observed data. Team culture was found to have a direct and significant effect on athletes' sources of sport confidence, goal orientations on sources of sport confidence, and sources of sport confidence on trait sport confidence, with the exception of skill level on sources of sport confidence. Additionally, this study appeared to support Vealey's (1988) conceptual model of sport confidence.
