節奏訓練對高爾夫初學者推桿一致性的影響

Effect of Rhythmic Training on Consistency of Golf Putting for Novices

摘要


本研究目的在探討節奏訓練對推桿表現、動作控制及動作一致性的影響,研究方法以14位18到23歲之間高爾夫初學的大專學生為參與者,隨機分配到控制組及實驗組,實驗組接受5週內10個小時的節奏訓練,內容以簡易的手腳動作配合電子節拍器訓練精準的推桿下桿的節奏,透過Motion Analysis System 8臺高速攝影機記錄受試者前後測執行4、8、12呎推桿,球和桿頭的運動學參數,結果顯示節奏訓練後,4呎推桿的角度誤差有顯著的改善。在動作控制的部分,三種距離推桿,實驗組從下桿到觸球的時間縮短且在兩組間達到差異,觸球前後振幅比值也達顯著,且趨近1:2,這兩種改變與優秀選手有相似的模式,此外動作一致性實驗組也有較佳的傾向。本研究結論顯示5週不包含實際推桿動作的下桿節奏訓練,可以改善較短推桿的準確性,且修正成類似優秀選手的動作控制模式,建議可作為初學者學習推桿的輔助訓練之一。

This study examined the effect of rhythmic training on the putting performance, pattern of movement control and movement consistency in college golf novices. In this study, fourteen novice college students aged between 18 and 23 years were recruited, and randomly assigned into either control or experimental groups. The participants in experimental group received 10 hours rhythmic training for 5 weeks by simple hands and foot movements with synchronized metronome in order to train the precise timing of downswing. The Motion Analysis System with 8 high speed cameras was used to collect the kinematic variables of club head and golf ball in 4, 8, 12 feet putts in the pre and post test. The results showed the error of direction of 4-ft putt was significantly improved. The experimental group appeared that change the pattern of movement control by shortening the duration from downswing to impact in 3 putting distances. The ratio of downswing amplitude was approximate 1:2, both were similar to the movement pattern of elite players. Furthermore, the overall consistency of movement was also tent to be better for the participants in experimental groups. The study indicated that 5 weeks rhythmic training without actual putting movement could able to improve the accuracy of shorter distance putts, tend to the pattern of movement control of elite players and could be an assistant training in learning golf putting for novices.
