臨界負荷指標於女子划船運動表現之預測

Prediction of Rowing Performance by Using Critical Thresholds in Elite Female Rowers

摘要


臨界動力(critical power, CP)與臨界速度(critical velocity, CV)為間接評估無氧閾值與預測有氧耐力運動表現的生理指標。本研究結合划船作功與能量消耗指標(效率與經濟性),應用CP與CV於女子划船選手室內2,000公尺的運動表現之預測。國內15名優秀的女子西式划船選手(年齡20.7±1.4歲、身高164±3.5公分、體重56.6±4.4公斤),經平衡次序法在划船測功儀上,接受不同距離(400公尺、600公尺、800公尺、1,000公尺)與時間(90秒、240秒、600秒、1,200秒)的運動測驗,以線性模式分析分別獲得CP(139.5±20.4W)與CV(4.0±0.1m/s);接著分別進行漸進負荷測驗獲得最大攝氧量與乳酸閾值(VO2peak=2.5±0.5L/min; AT4=157.8±22.1W)、2,000公尺衝刺測驗(493.4±19.2秒)與30秒溫蓋特無氧動力測驗獲得無氧能力(6912.1±895.6W),平均無氧動力(323.2±26.7W),疲勞指數(3.8±2.6%)等指標。結果顯示,CV與CP與2,000公尺划船運動成績呈顯著相關,其中CV的相關程度大於VO2peak與AT4,但划船效率以及經濟性皆無相關。逐步回歸分析顯示,CV結合疲勞指數(FI)為2,000公尺划船成績的較佳預測模式(T2000=-131.44 CV-89.57FI+1022.27, SEE=4.08秒),決定係數達0.96。本研究結論:CV與CP皆與2,000公尺成績有顯著相關;CV結合疲勞指數的預測模式,對國內女子划船運動表現具有高預測力。

The purpose of this study was to compare the different critical thresholds, critical velocity (CV) and critical power (CP), combining with anaerobic power and energy expenditure to predict the 2,000m indoor performance of female rowers in Taiwan. Fifteen elite female rowers (age 20.7±1.4 years, height 164±3.5cm, weight 56.6±4.4kg) were recruited for this study. By using counter-balanced design order, 4 time-trials on 90s, 240s, 600s and 1,200s were underwent to determine the CP (139.5±20.4W), whereas CV (4.0±0.1 m/s) was derived by 400m, 600m, 800m and 1,000m distance-trials on different days by using linear distance-time model. Maximal oxygen uptake (VO2peak=2.5±0.5L/min) and anaerobic threshold (AT4=157.8±22.1W) were obtained from an incremental exercise test. Further, anaerobic capacity (6,912.1±895.6W), mean power (323.2±26.7W) and fatigue index (3.8±2.6%) were obtained using a modified Wingate protocol on rowing ergometer followed by a 2,000 m time-trial. The results showed that CV, CP as well as VO2peak and AT4 were significantly correlated with 2,000 m indoor rowing performance. Stepwise regression analysis indicated CV and fatigue index (FI) were most important determinants in establishing predicting model of 2,000 m indoor rowing performance (T2000=-131.44 CV-89.57 FI+1022.27, SEE=4.08s). This study concludes that both CV and CP were significant correlated with 2,000m indoor rowing performance. CV and FI constructed the best predicting model for indoor rowing performance of female rowers in Taiwan.
