主編特邀評論:運動訓練學分科研究的特性與實用性探索

Invited Paper: Specificity and Practicability of Sports Coaching Articles Published in Sports Coaching Science

摘要


運動訓練學是一門跨領域、多學科的科學,其真正的價值在於將其理論、技術與方法應用在實際的訓練上。本文的目的在檢討本刊運動訓練學分科2006~2014年發表的成果與特性。本篇透過文獻資料的檢討與分析,針對2006~2014年《大專體育學刊》刊登的各學科研究論文進行分類統計,並將有關運動訓練學分科論文進行特性分析。結果顯示2006~2014年本刊刊登各學科論文總計449篇,各分科論文的分布比重差異大。運動訓練學論文篇數38篇分配在9個主題類別、各主題類別的篇數、百分比為:競賽技術表現與分析9篇占23.68%、訓練方法與效果9篇占26.68%、競技運動策略4篇占10.53%、創新科技研發4篇占10.53%、運動專項特性3篇占7.89%、其他主題3篇占7.89%、運動成績比較分析2篇占5.26%、運動能力評定2篇占5.26%、運動員個案研究2篇占5.26%。論文主題的特性與實用性待改進之處包括:研究對象以大學運動員為主,較難應用於頂尖運動員上;使用訓練方法的實驗訓練周期僅6~8周,訓練前後驗證的效果不大;引用最近三年的文獻少,與當前國際運動訓練研究趨勢契合度不高;研究以單一學科為主,缺乏多學科跨領域的整合;研究主題與國家競技運動發展配合度待加強;訓練技術、方法創新性與制勝關鍵的研究不足。為增進本刊的質量可增加每期篇數,以平衡各分科論文的比重。

Sports coaching science has the character of multidisciplinary and with a true value of practicability. This article aimed to review and analyze the specificity and practicability for articles being published in Sports Coaching Science by Sports & Exercise Research 2006-2014. The results indicated that a total of 449 articles were published and there appeared lack of proportion and imbalance among ten academic fields. 38 out of 449 articles were adopted and published in Sports Coaching Science and were distributed in 9 categories, the number and percentage in each category were as follows: 9 (23.68%) in analysis of competition skill performance; 9 (23.68%) in effect of training methods; 4 (10.53%) in competition strategy; 4 (10.53%) in technology innovation; 3 (7.89%) in sport/event specific characteristics; 3 (7.89%) in other topics; 2 (5.26%) in elite athletes case study; 2 (5.26%) in training monitoring and, 2 (5.26%) in comparative analysis on competitions, respectively. When further exam the specificity and practicability of the articles revealed that there is a need to be improved including: subjects used in the studies were mostly collegiate students and the result can hardly being applied to the top athletes; the experimental period of the studies ranged from 6-8 weeks which were relatively short to be considered as a sound scientific research; the literature reviewed need to include the most recent studies and the topics need to be up to date with international trends; most studies were conducted in a single rather than multidisciplinary approaches; the research topics need to match up with national sports policies; studies on training methods and techniques need to be more innovative and focus on key methods and/or techniques to win. It was concluded that the quality and quantity of the articles that may be improved by increasing the number in each issue and thus ensured a balanced proportion among academic fields.
