缺血與運動預處理對力竭運動表現及恢復的影響

Effect of Ischemia and Exercise Preconditioning on Exhaustive Exercise Performance and Recovery

摘要


本研究目的為比較缺血預處理(ischemic preconditioning, IPC)與漸進式熱身處理(incremental warm-up preconditioning, IW)在力竭運動上的表現。本研究採交叉實驗設計,研究對象為19位自願參與者,其日常保有活動且身體健康(11男、8女),在隨機分配三種處理方式後,進行功率自行車最大力竭運動挑戰。其中一種為CON(control trial)處理,作為參考基準(對照試驗),而另外其他處理則為IPC與IW。我們對總運動時間、總工作與峰值攝氧量(最大攝氧量)進行評估。此外,採集血液樣本時間為預處理期間中的每10分鐘、運動後立即、運動後10分鐘與運動後60分鐘。研究結果發現在自行車力竭運動中,以IPC方式的峰值攝氧量與運動表現,相較CON與IW有顯著增加。此外,IPC相較於IW在運動後60分鐘卻沒有顯著較高的血乳酸濃度。然而,IPC與IW相似對於CON方式,卻具有增加肌酸激酶活性和氮氧化物濃度的作用。本研究結論為IPC能增進有氧能力,係由於發現進行30分鐘的缺血預處理能顯著增進峰值攝氧量。特別是對肌肉進行IPC方式,能增進自行車力竭耐力運動的表現。

The purpose of this study was to compare the exhaustive exercise performances carried-out under two different circumstances, ischemic preconditioning (IPC) and incremental warm-up preconditioning (IW). In this crossover study design, nineteen active and healthy volunteers (11 males and 8 females) were randomly assigned into 3 trials, including control (CON), IPC and IW trails. After their respective preconditionings, participants in all trails were challenged with three incremental, randomly assigned maximal exhaustive exercise on a cycle ergometer. Total exercise time, total work and peak oxygen uptake (VO_(2max)) were assessed. Furthermore, exchange gaseous measurement and blood samples were collected for every ten minutes during both preconditionings, immediately after exercise, 10-min and 60-min after exercise. The results showed that peak oxygen uptake and performance in cycle exhaustive exercise were significantly improved in IPC trial compared to CON and IW trials. Blood lactate level was not higher in response to IPC than IW at 60-min after exercise. However, creatine kinase and NOx levels in IPC and IW trials were increased in a similar fashion compared to those of CON trial. Results from our study conclude that 30-min ischemia preconditioning enhanced the aerobic capacity of young adults, which was represented by a significant increase of peak oxygen uptake. Particularly, IPC may improve the muscular endurance on exhaustive exercise performance among young cyclists.
