本研究主要目的為檢驗2012年S. E. Williams et al.發展的動作意象量表-3(Movement Imagery Questionnaire-3)之中文版工具的信度與效度。本研究分為2個步驟,步驟一以266位臺灣中學以及大專運動員為研究對象,共14種運動項目,平均年齡為18.7 ± 2.7歲,進行驗證性因素分析,針對量表信度以及效度進行檢驗,包含建構信度、幅合效度與區別效度;步驟二以253位臺灣中學以及大專運動員為研究對象,共12種運動項目,平均年齡為19.1 ± 3.0歲,進行測量恆等性檢驗,主要檢驗此份量表是否具有跨樣本的有效性及穩定性。結果顯示,中文版動作意象量表-3包含3個潛在變項,即內在視覺觀點、外在視覺觀點以及動覺意象能力,其理論模式具有可接受的整體適配度、建構信度、幅合效度、區別效度以及測量恆等性檢定(χ^2/自由度[degree of freedom, df] = 1.641、近似均方根誤差[root mean square error of approximation, RMSEA] = .049、配適度指標[goodness of fit index, GFI] = .950、調整之配適度指標[adjusted goodness of fit index, AGFI] = .924、標準配適度指標[normed-fit index, NFI] = .0942、比較性配適指標[comparative fit index, CFI] = .976、精簡配適度指標[parsimonious goodness-fit-index, PGFI] = .621、精簡規範配適度指標[parsimonious normed fit index, PNFI] = .728、均方根殘差[root mean square residual, RMR] = .038)。依據結果本研究結論為:中文版動作意象量表-3具有良好信、效度指標,可作為未來研究競技運動選手動作意象能力的測量工具。
The main purpose of this research was to examine the validity and reliability of the Chinese-version tool of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire-3 (MIQ-3) developed by S. E. Williams et al. in 2012. This research was divided into 2 steps. In Step 1, we recruited 266 athletes from high schools and colleges in Taiwan as research subjects. Athletes were included from 14 different sporting events, with an average age of 18.7 ± 2.7 years old. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and tests were performed on scale reliability and validity, including constructive reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. In Step 2, a total of 253 high school and college athletes in Taiwan from 12 different sporting events were enrolled as research subjects. The average age was 19.1 ± 3.0 years old. An identity measurement test was conducted to determine whether the scale had cross-sample validity and stability. The results showed that the Chinese version of the MIQ-3 contains three potential variables: internal visual imagery, external visual imagery, and kinesthetic imagery ability. Its theoretical model has acceptable overall fitness, constructive reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, as well as an acceptable identity measurement test (χ^2/ degree of freedom [df] = 1.641, root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA] = .049, goodness of fit index [GFI] = .950, adjusted goodness of fit index [AGFI] = .924, normed-fit index [NFI] = .0942, comparative fit index [CFI] = .976, parsimonious goodness-fit-index [PGFI] = .621, parsimonious normed fit index [PNFI] = .728, root mean square residual [RMR] = .038). According to the results, we conclude that the Chinese version of the MIQ-3 has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for future research on the movement imagery ability of competitive athletes.
