不同張力之肌內效貼布對健康年輕人肌力與平衡的效果

Effects of Kinesio Taping With Different Tensions on Muscle Strength and Balance in Healthy Young Adults

摘要


肌內效貼布(kinesio taping, KT)是目前最普遍用來預防運動傷害的應用,且針對運動選手有復健和加強其表現之成效。目前大部分的文獻都較著重於貼紮後所產生的立即性效果,而忽略效果與貼紮時間的相關性。因此,本篇研究將探討貼紮不同張力的KT於股四頭肌上,其立即、短期和長期對於肌力與平衡之成效。本實驗共招募38名受試者進行股四頭肌之KT貼紮。所有測驗分別在貼紮前、貼紮後30分鐘、1天後以及3天後利用等速肌力測量儀進行量測:一、膝伸直肌最大等長力矩和股四頭肌最大肌力產生速度值(the rate of peak torque development, RPTD);二、神經元徵召速度;以及三、動靜態平衡(Biodex)測試。研究結果指出:在RPTD值和膝伸直肌最大等長力矩的表現上沒有顯著差異,但在動靜態平衡測試中,無論是25%張力或50%張力的組別,隨著貼紮的時間不同都和未貼紮前的表現有統計上的差異,同樣在神經元徵召速度的表現也隨著貼紮時間的不同而有顯著的變化。從本篇研究中,我們發現不論使用25%或50%的張力貼紮KT,平衡表現和神經元徵召速度均會隨著時間而增加,但其對於肌力的成效則需要進一步地確認。就初步的結果顯示,KT不僅提供立即性的影響,其在貼紮後3天內還是有效果存在。

Kinesio tape (KT) is the most commonly used application to prevent sports injuries, to treat pain or injuries in rehabilitation, and to enhance athletic performance. Nowadays, most studies focused on the immediate effect on KT while ignoring the correlation between taping time and its effect. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to understand the immediate, short-term, and long-term effects of different tensions of KT on muscle strength and balance in healthy subjects. Thirty-eight healthy young adults with KT on quadriceps were participated in this study. The following tests, including: (1) the maximum knee extension torque and the rate of peak torque development (RPTD) value; (2) the motor neuron recruitment ratio; and (3) dynamic and static balance (Biodex) were done for all participants. The assessment time points were: before taping, after taping (about 30 minutes), one day and three days about 30 minutes after taping, one day and three days with an isokinetic dynamometer. Results indicated that there was no significant difference in the RPTD and the maximum knee extension torque. However, for the dynamic and static balance tests, both groups (25% and 50% tension) had significant differences with a change in sticking/taping time. Similarly, the performance of the neuron recruitment results was also significantly different with the sticking/taping time. In conclusion, we found that whether the tension of KT is 25% or 50%, the balance performance increases within time. Besides, the recruitment speed of neurons in two groups also increases over time, but the performance of muscle strength needs to be confirmed by future experiments. Our preliminary results showed that the application of KT not only provides immediate effects but also maintain the long-term effects for 3 days after sticking/taping.
