Case Report of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and Further Discussion of Plasma Exchange
血栓性血小板低下性紫斑症個案報告及血漿交換探討
摘要
在加護病房，有些疾病會合併血小板低下及微血管病變性溶血。必須排除其他可能引致上述原因之狀況如藥物，器官移植，惡性腫瘤，敗血症或嚴重高壓作鑑別診斷。如無其他原因來解釋血小板低下及微血管病變性溶血，以較寬鬆診斷準則來儘早接受血漿交換治療，將有助增加患者之預後，此篇敘述兩個案例及討論。

In the intensive care unit, there are some disorders associated with thrombocytopenia and microangiopathic hemolysis. We have to exclude many conditions including medications, transplantation, neoplastic diseases, sepsis and severe hypertension (Table 1). So less stringent diagnostic criteria and no other explanation for thrombocytopenia, promptly recognized this disorder and treated with plasma exchange can improve the prognosis. The following is a case report of thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpura and further discussion.
