摘要

線上表單已是各項網路應用服務之重要元素，相關文獻曾針對網頁版面設計進行使用研究，但卻未能進一步檢驗表單型式、長度與架構等，對使用者經驗可能造成的影響。本研究旨在探討使用者對於不同長度設計之線上履歷表單版面的偏好與表現之使用性評估。研究者以自行發展的三種不同長短表單作為實驗材料，招募48位參與者進行使用評估研究。研究結果顯示，使用者對於履歷表單的版面長度設計之偏好與滿意度有差異存在，且使用偏好還受到個人先前使用網路搜尋人力網站經驗的影響。本研究最後提出人力網站線上表單之設計原則，供未來研究與實務應用參考。

Web form has become a critical component for many Web applications and services. Previous research has investigated into the general design of web form layout without examining the impact of variations in format, length and structure on user experience. This study explores users' preference and performance over Web forms of different lengths deployed on an employment site. Three types of design of Web forms were developed as the experiment instruments for 48 participants to test and evaluate. Results show that participants' preferences and satisfaction varied by the length of Web forms. Participants' preferences were also affected by their previous Internet experiences with job websites. In the end, recommendations for design principles for Web forms used for job sites were presented.
