學校組織再造是「應時而生、隨時而變」的一項教育政策,也就是尋求一種「創新型組識」,以應變現今社會的需求,才能期望永續生存。在此環境下,「國民中小學組識再造及人力規劃試辦方案」已於91學年度在各縣市展開試辦,除了朝向樹立學校團隊的組識文化與內涵,提升教學專業和學生受教品質外,彈性化組識及總員額量管制相輔相成的原則下,賦於學校組識彈性調整之空間。 根據Jorgensen所說「從現場到問題」選取研究對象的方法,本文將就一個案學校實施組識再造的過程,從初期的試探摸索期到中期的調適修正期,以至目前的穩定進行期,以一位行政人員的角度去探討「組識再造」政策實施之問題與解決方法。
